Thought pollution - root cause of all ills

 Around the world  approximately a million people talk about how we will die sooner because of pollution that Satan comes knocking on our doors,but I wonder what if our thoughts may kill us first.

Thought pollution, what is that ?

Truly i never heard of it before told me about this 2 years ago in the staff room only i said something controversial in our class which provoked a verbal unstructured debate against my teacher.Thoughts have proved to not always have an equal effect on the people it affects.I am sure that Japan did not expect the death of three lakh people when they attacked the Pearl harbour killing two thousand American citizens.

After studying history for eight years, I have realised that never go through with your first thoughts cause the emotions such as hatred, revenge and excitement affect your thoughts and don't mess with the USA.

If a person had clear thoughts or say the pandora’s box was never opened.We maybe still Adam and Even but we would have not had borders, no wars and basically things like world peace and constant human development would have existed but it can not because children from the day born our taught things about rituals and superstitions which has been the cause of our destruction and devastation.

Human thoughts tend to be biased for selfish benefit, it is human behaviour but working against such thoughts and beliefs will be the reason that people respect and look up to us.

Human thoughts always have two sides one maybe Abel and another one can be Cain.It can be for the welfare of mankind.Thought pollution is similar to other types of pollution because it can also be controlled rather can be ended.

I believe it can be finished by six simple steps,

First, prioritise the thinking that is most important in your life and learning to be selective what you think about.

Second,Don’t say or think negatively about yourself  or others nor stand and hear people doing so.

Third, use Social media for what it was made for rather than being an audience for obsolete and unwanted garbage.

Fourthly,Use ADblocker especially teenagers and children.

Fifth,Children since a young age should be taught Moral Science to make sure they live a life with principles

Sixth,Using case studies of middle class people to teach children what negative thoughts have been the cause of their ruined lives.

To be truthful, one cannot do what one thinks and does.We tend to blame someone for our deeds which include teachers, parents and even the devil himself but are we doing justice to yourself and your thoughts. My conclusion here is that thoughts are not required to be fast; they are supposed to be advantageous to everyone and maybe think what the outcomes can be.

  “Use your brain for the solution,

                            Not for Pollution nor for Destruction”
